摘　　要：为给野生马蹄香的繁殖栽培提供参考,通过激素及不同条件的沙藏层积处理,对其种子萌发特性和扦插繁殖技术进行研究。结果表明:马蹄香种子经200mg/L的赤霉素(GA3)浸泡48h后,于当年8月在自然环境下沙藏至次年2月,发芽率最高,为98.1%;插穗在浓度500mg/L双吉尔-GGR生根粉溶液浸泡30min的生根效果最佳,生根率达93.3%。The germination characteristics of Saruma henryi seeds treated with different hormones andsand-storage stratification and its cutting reproduction technology were studied to provide a reference forbreeding of wild S.henryi.Results:The germination rate of S.henryi seeds soaked with200mg/L GA3for48h and sand-storage from August to February of next year can reach98.1%.The rooting rate ofcuttings soaked with500mg/L double Gill-GGG for30min is up to93.3%.
