摘 要:为探明臭牡丹在Al^(3+)胁迫下抗逆境的生理响应,以1年生臭牡丹幼苗为材料,用AlCl30.00mmol/L(CK)、0.40mmol/L、0.80mmol/L、1.20mmol/L和1.60mmol/L胁迫2周后,测定臭牡丹叶片SOD、POD、CAT、MDA和Pro含量,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:随Al^(3+)浓度增大,SOD活性不断降低,对POD活性的刺激和抑制作用均越强;当Al^(3+)浓度为0.80mmol/L时,CAT活性达最大,但随Al^(3+)浓度增大和胁迫时间延长,CAT活性减弱;MDA和Pro含量随Al^(3+)浓度增大逐渐增大。The height,leaf fresh weight,SOD,POD and CAT activity,MDA and proline content of C.bungei seedlings with one year old under different Al Stress for two weeks were determined and their correlations were analyzed to discuss stress resistant physiological responses of C.bungei under Al Stress.Results:The SOD activity unceasingly decreases but the stimulation and inhibition effect of POD activity is stronger with increase of Al3+concentration.The CAT activity reaches the maximum when Al3+concentration is0.80mmol/L but decreases with increase of Al3+concentration and extension of stress duration.The MDA and proline content increases with increase of Al3+concentration gradually.
