摘 要:为绿化植物栽培及其抗旱品种筛选提供参考,以五叶地锦、花叶常春藤和常春油麻藤3种藤本植物的2年生实生苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验研究自然干旱胁迫0~16d对植物生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫时间延长,3种藤本植物叶片的水分饱和亏缺上升,相对含水量下降,且品种间差异显著;在干旱胁迫16d(极重度干旱)时,五叶地锦和花叶常春藤叶片的相对含水量下降较少。自然干旱胁迫对常春油麻藤叶片叶绿素含量的影响较小;随着干旱胁迫时间延长,3种植物的相对电导率和丙二醛含量均不同程度增加,游离脯氨酸含量增加显著,超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先增加后降低趋势,且五叶地锦和常春油麻藤的超氧化物歧化酶活性增幅显著。3种藤本植物均具有一定抗旱能力,对自然干旱胁迫的生理生化响应差异显著,但五叶地锦和花叶常春藤的抗旱能力强于常春油麻藤。The physiological and biochemical indexes of Parthenocissus quinquefolia,Mucuna sempervirens and Hedera canariensis Variegata seedlings with two year old was analyzed by a pot experiment under the natural drought stress during0~16d to provide a reference for cultivation of green plants and screening of their varieties with a drought resistance.Results:The leaf water saturation deficit of three species of liana seedlings rises and the leaf relative water content declines with prolongation of drought stress duration.There are significant differences in leaf water saturation deficit and relative water content among three species of liana seedlings.The leaf relative water content of P.quinquefolia and H.canariensis Variegata seedlings declines less under16d drought stress(extreme serious drought).Natural drought stress has a less effect on leaf chlorophyll content of M.sempervirens.The relative electric conductance and MDA content of three species of liana seedlings increase to varying degrees with prolongation of drought stress duration and their proline content increases significantly.The SOD activity presents a first rising and then declining trend but the increase range of SOD activity of P.quinquefolia and M.sempervirens is significant.Three species of liana seedlings all have a certain drought resistance but there is a significant difference in physiological and biochemical response under the natural drought stress among three species of liana seedlings.The drought resistance of P.quinquefolia and H.canariensis Variegata seedlings is higher than M.sempervirens.
