薏苡生理生化代谢的研究进展

摘　　要：薏苡是我国传统药食兼用小杂粮作物,具有很高营养价值和重要药用价值。为薏苡栽培、品质改良及生理生化深入研究提供参考,从薏苡种子萌发、光合作用、营养生长及逆境胁迫等方面对薏苡作物的生理生化代谢研究进展进行归纳总结,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望。Coix lacryma jobi is a Chinese traditional minor cereal crop with dual purpose of medicine and food and has the higher nutrition and important medicated value.The research progress in physio biochemical metabolism of C.lacryma jobi is summarized from four aspects of seed germination,photosynthesis,vegetative growth and adversity stress and the future research direction is prospected to provide a reference for cultivation,quality improvement and physio biochemistry research of C.lacryma jobi.
