摘 要:为提升南阳烟区烟叶产量、品质和经济效益,以南阳烟区主栽品种云烟87为试验材料,采用大区对比试验研究水肥一体化施肥与传统沟灌施肥对烟草根系形态指标和生理活性、钾含量动态变化趋势、干物质积累量、农艺性状、烤后样相关指标和经济性状的影响。结果表明:水肥一体化较传统沟灌常规施肥促进烟株根系生长发育,根系体积、活跃吸收面积、总吸收面积和比表面积等形态指标显著增加,根系活力和ATPase活性等生理活性显著提高,有利于钾含量的吸收和积累;显著提升地上部和根系的干物质量,降低根冠比;香气成分的类西柏烷类降解产物显著增多;烟株农艺性状显著改善,烟叶产量质量和经济性状均显著提升。水肥一体化技术适宜在南阳烟区进行下一步推广示范。Yunyan87,a major tobacco variety,was tested by using a large area contrast design under water and fertilizer integrated technology and conventional furrow irrigation fertilization treatment to study the effects on morphological index and physiological activity of the root system,dynamic variation trend of potassium content,dry matter accumulation,agronomic traits and related indexes and economic traits of cured tobacco to promote yield,quality and economic benefit of tobacco in Nanyang tobacco growing area.Results:Compared with the conventional furrow irrigation fertilization,the water and fertilizer integrated technology can improve growth of the root system,significantly increases volume,active absorption area,total absorption area and specific surface area of the root system and significantly improve the activity and ATPase activity of the root system,which is beneficial to potassium absorption and accumulation of tobacco leaves.The water and fertilizer integrated technology significantly enhances dry matter amount of the overground part and root system and reduces the root to shoot ratio.The water and fertilizer integrated technology can increase Cembranoids degradation products of aroma components,improve agronomic traits of tobacco plants and promote yield,quality and economic traits of tobacco significantly.The water and fertilizer integrated technology should be popularized and demonstrated in Nanyang tobacco growing area.
