摘 要:目的制备小檗碱壳聚糖缓释片并研究其体外释放特性。方法采用壳聚糖骨架制备小檗碱壳聚糖缓释片,高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱在不同释放时间点的药物释放度。结果小檗碱壳聚糖缓释片在体外随时间的延长释放度也增加,释放时间可持续24 h,且24 h累积释放度超过95%,溶出63.2%所需时间td=12.63 h。人工胃液对小檗碱的溶出效果最好,转速只影响小檗碱初期释放。结论该方法方便、准确、重复性好,小檗碱壳聚糖缓释片具有进一步开发和应用价值。ObjectiveTo prepare berberine chitosan sustained release tablets and to study the in vitro release characteristics.MethodsThe chitosan sustained release tablets were prepared by chitosan as the skeleton material,and the drug release rate of berberine hydrochloride at different time was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.ResultsThe in vitro cumulative release of berberine chitosan sustained release tablets was increased with time.Furthermore,it can sustain for24h and the accumulative release was above95%,the dissolution time of63.2%of the drug was12.63h.Artificial gastric juice had the best performance on the dissolution of berberine,while rotations only influenced the dissolution at the beginning of drug release.ConclusionThis method is convenient,accurate and reproducible.Berberine chitosan sustained release tablets have further development and application value.
