摘 要:目的探讨血脉灵组方对垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用。方法将大鼠按随机数字表法分为7组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、地奥心血康组、实验药物组(血脉灵制首乌大、小剂量组;血脉灵生首乌大、小剂量组),灌胃给药,每天1次,连续7 d,其中空白或模型对照组均给予同等体积的纯化水。比较7组大鼠心电图,并检测血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)活性。结果血脉灵(制首乌)大剂量组能明显降低垂体后叶素引起的心肌缺血大鼠10,30,45 s、1 min ST段以及10,30,45 s T波升高,血脉灵(制首乌)小剂量组能降低10 s、1 min,ST段以及10 s T波升高;血脉灵(生首乌)大剂量组能明显降低10 s ST段以及10,45 s T波升高。血脉灵(制首乌)和血脉灵(生首乌)各剂量组均能降低大鼠血清LDH、CK和MDA活性,升高SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论血脉灵组方对垂体后叶素所致大鼠心肌缺血模型具一定的保护作用。ObjectiveTo study the protective effect of Xuemailing on pituitrin induced myocardial rats.MethodsThe rats were divided into7groups(by means of random number table),10rats in each group,namely blank control group,model control group,Di'aoxinxuekang group and experimental groups(Xuemailing prepared fleece flower root high and low dose groups;Xuemailing raw radix polygoni multiflori high and low dose groups),each group was ig administrated once every day for7days,Blank control and model control groups were given the same volume of purified water.Effects of7groups on T wave and S T segment were observed,LDH,CK,SOD,MDA activities in serum of rats were determined.ResultsHigh dose Xuemailing(prepared fleece flower root)significantly decreased the elevation of10,30,45s,1min ST segment and10,30,45s T wave in the myocardial ischemia rat model.Low dose Xuemailing(prepared fleece flower root)significantly decreased the elevation of10s,1min ST segment and10s T wave of the rat model.High dose Xuemailing(raw radix polygoni multiflori)significantly decreased the elevation of10s ST segment and10,45s T wave in the rat model.Xuemailing(prepared fleece flower root)and Xuemailing(raw radix polygoni multiflori)significantly decreased LDH,CK,MDA enzyme activities,and increased SOD enzyme activities of the myocardial ischemia rat model.ConclusionXuemailing can protect the myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin.
