环长株潭县域普惠金融水平测度及分布动态研究

摘　　要：对2009—2014年环长株潭地区县域普惠金融发展水平进行定量评估,并运用非参数估计法探究分布演化特征,结果显示:该区域普惠金融水平整体上呈现先升后降态势,核心地带发展水平比边缘地带更高、更稳定。随后运用扩散—回波效应的机理对其进行诠释:因边缘地带较于核心地带距中心城市更远,金融发展环境较差,以致发展资源被抢夺吸收。因此,要推进区域普惠金融的国家级战略,不仅要调动金融机构开展普惠金融业务的积极性,更要提升受回波效应影响的边缘地带以及相关群体对金融资源的吸引力。Based on the economic data of Pan Chang Zhu Tan city group from2009to2014,using non paretric estimation method,this paper measures the level of financial inclusion and explores its dynamic distribution features in this area.It is proved that financial inclusion level in overall research area finally declined after rising and that financial inclusion level in core band of Pan Chang Zhu Tan city group is higher and more stable than border area.With the help of theory of spreading and echoing effect,dynamic distribution features are well explained.Due to remote location,development environment in the border area is too poor to keep development resources,which are usually grabbed by the core area.To push forward national strategy regional financial inclusion development,it is of great significance to activate financial institutes to perform business concerned with financial inclusion and to improve border area's ability in sucking financial resources.
