摘  要:渤海疏松砂岩油藏适度出砂开采过程中产出砂粒随稠油进入水平井筒后容易沉积形成砂床,造成油层砂埋、油管砂堵等,因此需要分析研究砂粒在井筒中的运移、沉降规律。本文基于全尺寸井筒多相复杂流动室内试验平台,根据渤海疏松砂岩油藏的基本参数,以白油和水作为试验介质,固相采用不同粒度的砂粒,通过改变含水率、主流流量、壁面入流、砂粒直径等参数,得到了不同流动条件下的流型变化及井筒中砂床高度与井筒压降的变化规律。实验结果表明:井筒砂床高度受主流流量影响比较大,壁面入流对其影响比较小;砂床高度随着粒径的增大而增大;在主流流量大于30 m3/h的条件下,粒径小于20目的砂粒会形成悬浮层;随着井筒流速的增大,悬浮层含砂体积浓度变大,而随着含水率的增大,悬浮层含砂体积浓度变小。本文实验结果可为渤海疏松砂岩油藏适度出砂开采工艺设计提供理论依据。The sand is likely to deposit and form sand bed in the horizontal wellbore during the moderate sanding production of the unconsolidated sand reservoirs in Bohai sea,which causes sand burst of the oil zones and plugging of the tubing.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the pattern of sand migration and settlement in the wellbore.Based on the full-size equipment which simulates multiphase complex flow,various correlations between the height of sand-bed and the pressure drop in different conditions in the wellbore are acquired.The experiment was conducted with the mixture of high viscosity white oil and water as the fluid media and different sizes of sand as the solid phase,and by changing parameters such as the water-cut,wall inflow,main flow rate,and sand size.The experimental results show that the main flow rate has a significant impact on the height of sand-bed while wall inflow is not significant,the height of sand-bed gets higher with increasing sand size;when the sand sizes are finer than20 meshes,there will be a suspension layer in the condition of main flow rate being higher than30 m3/h;a faster velocity of flow causes a greater sand concentration in suspension layer while a higher water-cut causes a lower sand concentration.Based on this conclusion,a theoretical support is provided to the design of reasonable sanding production in unconsolidated sand heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai sea.
