油菜素内酯对富贵竹生长的影响

摘　　要：以富贵竹Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’为材料,研究采前喷施不同浓度油菜素内酯(Brassinolides,BRs)对富贵竹生长的影响。结果表明,在生长期间连续喷施3次0.010 mg·L-1 BR,能极显著增加富贵竹的株高、节间数、节间长度和茎粗,增幅分别达33.55%、19.00%、10.90%和15.89%;明显增加富贵竹单片叶的鲜重、干重和叶面积。此外,0.010 mg·L^(-1) BR处理极显著提高采切时富贵竹叶片的CAT酶活性,极显著降低叶片O_2^-·、H_2O_2和MDA含量,叶片的相对电导率也显著下降,但对富贵竹叶片的含水量、比叶重、干物质含量、SOD和POD活性无显著影响。可见,富贵竹生长期间喷施0.010 mg·L-1 BR可促进其发育并提高其抗氧化性。The effects of different concentrations of brassinolides on growth and development of Dracaena sanderiana‘Virens’were studied.The results showed that the treatment continuously sprayed with0.010mg·L-1brassinolide for3times significantly increased plant height,numbers of internodes,internode length and stem diameter of D.sanderiana‘Virens’,with an increase of33.55%,19.00%,10.90%and15.89%,respectively.And the single leaf fresh weight,dry weight and leaf area were obviously increased.In addition,0.010mg·L-1BR treatment extremely significantly improved CAT activity,but the contents of O2-·,H2O2and MDA were reduced in D.sanderiana‘Virens’leaves.It also greatly declined its relative conductivity.However,it had no significant influences on leaf relative water content,specific leaf weight,dry matter content,SOD and POD activities of leaves.In summary,0.010mg·L-1BR treatment could significantly promote development of D.sanderiana‘Virens’and increase its anti-oxidation resistance.
