摘　　要：目的分析脾切除贲门周围血管断流术的预后因素。方法选取2014年2月~2016年2月在本院行脾切除贲门周围血管断流术的48例患者,均为门静脉高压症,对其临床资料回顾性分析,总结预后情况。结果经治疗48例患者均治愈出院,平均体温为(372±16)℃,血小板计数均正常,所有患者均未出现严重并发症。术后1年随访,肝功能好转22例,腹水消失或明显减少42例,食管胃底静脉曲张消失或明显减轻45例,仅1例再出血,经对症处理后出血停止。结论脾切除贲门周围血管断流术对门静脉高压有显著治疗效果,术后不易出现并发症,手术安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To analyze the prognostic factors of splenectomy splenectomy with pericardial devascularization Methods48patients who underwent splenectomy and pericardial devascularization in our hospital from February2014to February2016were recruited,all patients suffered with portal hypertension The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and the prognosis was summarized Results After treatment,48patients were cured and discharged,the average body temperature was(372±16)℃,the platelet count was normal,and no severe complications occurred in patients After1year of follow up,liver function improved in22cases,ascites disappeared or significantly reduced in42cases,esophageal or gastric varices disappeared or markedly alleviated in45cases,only1cases of re bleeding,and the bleeding stopped after symptomatic treatment Conclusion Splenectomy with pericardial devascularization shows significant therapeutic effect on portal hypertension,postoperative complications are not easy to occur and the operation is safe and reliable,which is worth popularizing
