轻中度高血压采用硝苯地平缓释剂治疗的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压的临床效果。方法在2015年8月~2016年8月本院收治的轻中度高血压患者中随机抽取112例,所有患者均经临床检查,确诊为轻中度高血压。按照随机数字表法,将112例患者分为研究组(硝苯地平缓释剂)与对照组(硝苯地平片)。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后血压水平变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组、对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为929%(52/56)、714%(40/56),差异显著(P<005);治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压对比,差异不显著(P>005);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均有所改善,但研究组明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<005);研究组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为18%(1/56)、125%(7/56),差异显著(P<005)。结论在轻中度高血压患者的临床治疗过程中,采用硝苯地平缓释剂治疗的效果显著,能有效改善患者血压水平,且能减少不良反应的发生,安全性高,值得进行深入研究和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine sustained release agent in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension Methods A total of112patients with mild to moderate hypertension from August2015to August2016were randomized into the study group(nifedipine sustained release)and control group(nifedipine tablets)using random number table The effect,blood pressure levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Results The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were929%(52/56)and714%(40/56)respectively There was significant difference between the two groups(P<005)There was no significant difference of systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>005)After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<005)There was significant difference of adverse reactions incidence between the two groups(18%(1/56)vs125%(7/56),P<005)Conclusion Nifedipine sustained release has a great effect in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate hypertension,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application
