摘　　要：目的对早期功能锻炼在膝关节置换手术患者中的应用效果及其对患者功能恢复的影响进行分析和探讨。方法在西安交通大学第一附属医院2016年7月~2017年6月期间收治的膝关节置换手术患者中选取200例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组两组,每组100例,给予两组患者相同的常规护理干预,与此同时,联合给予观察组患者早期功能锻炼,比较两组患者临床护理效果以及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者护理结束后的具体体现在观察组患者护理干预结束后的HSS评分、Lsholm评分、Tenger评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<005),护理期间观察组患者并发症总发生率显著低于对照组患者(P<005);此外,临床护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<005)。结论早期功能锻炼可促进膝关节置换手术患者膝关节功能恢复,有效预防并发症,提高患者满意度,推荐使用。Objective To analysis and discuss the impact of early functional exercise on functional recovery of patients with knee replacement surgery Methods200patients with knee replacement surgery selected from July2016to June2017in our hospital were enrolled,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with100cases respectively To compare the clinical nursing effect and functional recovery of knee,both two groups received same routine care,while the observation group was given additional early functional exercise Results The grades of HSS,Lsholm,Tenger obtained after the nursing obtained from the observation group was higher than those of control group(P<005),and the total complication incidence during the nursing period of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<005)Moreover,the satisfaction of clinical nursing of observation group is higher than the control group(P<005)Conclusion Early functional exercise can promote the knee functional recovery of patients with knee replacement surgery,prevent the complication,improve the satisfactory and be worthy to be recommended
