彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨临床在实施乳腺肿块诊断过程中,分析彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法选择本院2014年05月~2016年09月收治的乳腺肿块患者112例作为研究对象;所有乳腺肿块患者凭借抽签分组;对照组:普通B超检查;观察组:彩色多普勒超声检查;对比两种方法诊断符合率差异。结果对于本次研究的112例患者,临床通过实施病理诊断,最终均确诊为乳腺肿块。将病理诊断结果作为本次实验诊断的金标准,最终发现在诊断符合率方面,观察组高于对照组非常明显(P<005)。结论对于乳腺肿块患者的基本情况加以观察后,合理选择彩色多普勒超声的方法实施疾病诊断,可以确保乳腺肿块诊断符合率显著提高,对于疾病诊断的准确性可以做出有效保证,凸显彩色多普勒超声方法诊断乳腺肿块疾病的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast masses Methods A total of112patients with breast masses from May2014to September2016were divided into the observation group and control group using lottery method The control group was treated with normal B ultrasonography The observation group received color Doppler ultrasonography The coincidence rate of diagnose was compared between the two groups Results All subjects were diagnosed as breast mass using pathological diagnosis,and the pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard The coincidence rate of diagnosis in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<005)Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound can improve the coincidence rate of diagnosis of breast mass,which ensures the accuracy of disease diagnosis,worthy of clinical application
