摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散治疗气郁质复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)临床疗效差异。方法:通过按照王琦中医体质分类与判定表填写调查问卷表的形式对RVVC患者体质进行分类,对符合气郁质的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例采取逍遥散加硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组30例单独采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组对气郁质RVVC患者疗效确切,与对照组疗效对比差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:辨证论治逍遥散可有效防治气郁质RVVC。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy difference in Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis(RVVC)with Qi stagnation constitution by Xiaoyao powder.Method:The constitution of RVVC patients was classified according to Wang Qi's constitution classification and decision table,of the60patients with qi were randomly divided into treatment group30cases take Xiaoyao powder plus nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules,the control group of30cases were treated by nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsules only.Result:The treatment group has definite curative effect on RVVC patients with Qi stagnation,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Xiaoyao powder based on syndrome differentiation can effectively prevent and treat qi stagnation constitution in RVVC.
