摘　　要：医院纪检监察干部在医院党风廉政建设和反腐败工作中肩负着重要的职责。面对当前我国反腐倡廉的新形势和新任务,在国家监察体制改革的背景下,如何加强纪检监察队伍自身建设,提高纪检监察队伍整体能力,对医院党风廉政建设和反腐败工作具有重要的现实意义。文章就加强医院纪检监察队伍建设的背景,分析了当前医院纪检监察队伍存在的问题和原因,提出了加强医院纪检监察队伍建设的对策。Hospital cadres of discipline inspection party to build a clean government and anti-corruption work in a hospital is shouldering the important responsibility.Facing the current new situation and new tasks of anti-corruption in our country,under the background of state supervision system reform,how to strengthen the discipline inspection team own construction,improve the overall capacity,discipline inspection team to the hospital party to build a clean government and anti-corruption work has important practical significance.In this paper,the background of strengthening the construction of a hospital discipline inspection team,analyzes the problems existing in the current hospital discipline inspection team and the reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening the construction of a hospital discipline inspection team.
