摘　　要：通过对权力道德化成为腐败根源的客观评述和逻辑分析,从权力道德化这一理论"制高点"上我们可以清晰地看到,人为否定权力优越和抑制制约与竞争,是权力激励不足、制约不力产生特权腐败的最深层原因。其中一个极为重要的结论即是:在市场经济的利益多元化时代,权力者道德规范的形成,必须建立在承认和尊重其个体权利和利益的基础上,忽视权力者的利益诉求,虚伪地宣扬超利益的权力道德化,事实上很难行得通,反而必然会滋生出权力者的腐败动机及行为。当今权力腐败的最主要根源,便正在于这种权力道德化与市场经济体制之间的不协调、不适应。An objective review and logical analysis are made of the moralization of power as the root of corruption.From commanding height of this theory,we can clearly see that artificial negation of power superiority and inhibiting restriction and competition are the profound reasons for corruption due to lack of power incentive and ineffective restriction.One of the important conclusions is that in the era of the interests diversification of the market economy,the formation of power-holder ethics must be based on recognizing and respecting individual rights and interests.Ignoring power-holders'demands and hypocritically advocating power moralization over interests are unlikely to work in practice and bound to result in corruption or corruption motivation.The most important root cause of today's power corruption is the incongruity and incompatibility between power moralization and market economy system.
