耳后双叶皮瓣在耳垂及其周围皮肤缺损中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一种修复耳垂及其周围皮肤缺损的方法。方法在耳后及乳突区设计由耳后血管供血的双叶皮瓣,通过向前方旋转同期修复耳垂及其周围皮肤缺损。结果自2008年以来,于临床应用12例,术后皮瓣全部成活,无并发症发生,耳垂外形良好,色泽自然。随访6-24个月,无需二期修复,所有患者对耳垂形态满意。结论利用耳后双叶皮瓣修复耳垂及其周围皮肤缺损,是一种较好的方法。Objective To introduce a new method for reconstruction of the earlobe and its surrounding skin defect.Methods The posterior auricle bilobe flap supplied by ear hind vessel which was designed at the post aurem and mastoid region.The flap was rotated forward to reconstruct the earlobe and its surrounding skin defect.Results Since2008,12cases were treated with no complication,the flaps were all alive.The earlobe shape and skin colour were very natural.Follow up6-24months,all patients were satisfied with the shape of earlobe,no second stage repair.Conclusions The posterior auricle bilobe flap is very suitable for reconstruction of the earlobe and its surrounding skin defect with good cosmetic results.
