上唇叉形瓣在双侧唇裂术后继发过短鼻小柱修复中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析在接受双侧唇裂术后出现过短鼻小柱情况的患者,后期修复治疗中选用上唇叉形瓣的修复效果。方法选择我科在2011年1月至2017年2月时间段内收治的15例接受双侧唇裂术治疗后出现继发性过短鼻小柱的患者为研究对象,所有患者均选用上唇叉形瓣修复治疗,对患者术后鼻小柱延长的修复治疗效果进行远期观察分析。结果所有患者修复治疗过程均较为顺利,手术伤口如期愈合拆线,患者的鼻小柱高度修复效果较为稳定,未出现明显的不良反应等。结论针对双侧唇裂术治疗后鼻小柱过短的患者来讲,让患者接受上唇叉形瓣进行后期修复的效果较好,该方案值得在临床当中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of upper lip forked prosthesis in the treatment of patients with bilateral short cleft lip after bilateral cleft lip repair.Methods Fifteen patients with secondary hyperprolactinemia who underwent bilateral cleft lip treated in our department between January2011and February2017were enrolled in this study.All patients were enrolled in this study.Shaped flap repair treatment of postoperative recovery of the columella postoperative long-term observation and analysis of the effect.Results All the patients underwent repairs and treatment were smooth.The surgical wounds were sutured and healed regularly.The height of the columella was more stable and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusions For patients with bilateral nasolabial folds after bilateral cleft lip surgery,it is better for patients to receive the upper lip fork for later repair,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
