摘　　要：随着人们生活水平不断提升,对奶质品的要求也越来越高。我国当前的牛奶质量问题一直不能得到妥善解决,虽然牛奶单产已经明显提升,但是质量安全工作不到位等对我国奶源质量安全造成了巨大影响。针对这一情况,本文对奶源质量安全控制体系的建设工作进行研究,根据研究结果找出当前奶源质量安全中出现的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the milk quality requirements are increasingly high.The quality of milk in China has not been properly resolved,although the milk yield has improved significantly,but the quality and safety of work such as it has caused great influence on milk quality in China for safety.In response of this situation,this paper made a research on the construction of quality and safety control system of milk,and according to the results of the study to find out the quality and safety of milk in the problem,and put forward corresponding solving methods and countermeasures.
