摘　　要：移液器(transferpettor)又称移液枪,是一种用于定量转移液体的器具,被广泛用于生物、化学等领域。在病理学检验和科研型实验中,移液器的使用尤为普遍和频繁。其中,目前医院实验室里使用的移液器多为Eppendorf公司生产的系列产品。本研究主要介绍Eppendorf移液器的识别、维护保养和校准方法及注意事项,同时根据2014—2016年检验科、病理科、实验室等科室的移液器维护保养情况,对相关数据进行了统计和分析。Pipettor is also known as transfer liquid gun used for transferring liquid quantitatively.It’s widely used in biology,chemistry and other fields.Particularly,in pathological examination and scientific research experiment,pipettor is used more popularly and frequently.At present,pipettor used mostly in laboratory is produced by Eppendorf Company.This paper mainly introduced how to identify,maintain and calibrate Eppendorf pipettor and some attentions.This study also analyzed the data of pipettor from this hospital’s Clinical Laboratory,Pathology Department and other laboratories from2014to2016.
