摘　　要：目的探讨SYSMEX UF-500i尿沉渣全自动分析仪的临床应用。方法随机抽取1336例住院患者清洁中段尿,同时进行SYSMEX UF-500i尿沉渣全自动分析仪分析,长春迪瑞H-300尿液干化学测定以及显微镜尿沉渣检测,比较三种检测方法红细胞、白细胞、管形等有形成分检测结果。结果与显微镜尿沉渣结果相比,UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪在红细胞、白细胞、管形方面检测存在一定的假阳性,红细胞假阳性4.27%、白细胞假阳性3.74%、管形假阳性1.72%;H-300干化学法检测红细胞也存在一定的假阳性和假阴性,红细胞假阳性3.27%,假阴性1.47%,白细胞检测上存在一定的假阴性,假阴性为0.96%。结论 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪,对尿液红细胞、白细胞、管形等有形成分检测快捷、省时,但存在一定的假阳性,应结合干化学结果和显微镜检测,提高尿液有形成分检测的有效率。Objective To investigate the clinical application of SYSMEX UF-500i automatic urine sediment analyzer.Methods A total of1336urine samples of hospitalized patients were analyzed by the SYSMEX UF-500i automatic urine sediment analyzer,Changchun Dirui H-300urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopic urine sediment examination,to compare the difference of red blood cells(RBC),white blood cells(WBC),and tube type components between the three examinations.Results Compared with the results of urinary sediment microscopy,UF-500i automatic urine sediment analyzer in RBC,WBC,tube type detection appeared certain false positive:4.27%false positive of RBC,3.74%false positive of WBC,1.72%false positive of tube type;H-300urine dipsticks method in the detection of RBC had certain false positive and false negative:3.27%false positive of RBC,1.47%false negative;there are some false negative in white blood cell detection,0.96%false negative.Conclusion UF-500i urine sediment analyzer for detecting urine RBC,WBC,tube type components was fast and time-saving,but there were some false positive results.UF-500i urine sediment analyzer should be combined with dipsticks method and microscopy,to improve the efficiency of detection of urinary sediments..
