摘　　要：预算编制是医学工程处人员主要负责的工作,是医疗设备管理工作的关键环节。本研究主要阐述了医疗设备预算编制管理的重要性以及现阶段医院在年度预算编制中存在的问题,并站在医学工程人员的角度,从预算编制的前期准备、预算编制的论证、预算终期决策方面提出具体的工作内容,充分发挥医学工程人员在预算编制过程中的主导作用。Budgeting is the main responsibility of the medical engineering department,and it is also the key link in the management of medical equipment.This paper mainly expounds the importance of budget management of medical equipment and the present problems existing in the annual budget of the hospital.As medical engineering personnel,we put forward the specific content ofthe work including the budget preparation,budget demonstration and final decisions,and give full play to the leading role in the process of compiling budgets.
