摘　　要：目的探讨肝胆手术气管切开患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2016年6月救治的57例肝胆手术气管切开患者的临床资料,分析护理效果。结果对患者进行为期1年的随访,其中显效38例、有效12例、无效7例(死亡6例),总有效率为87.7%,病死率为10.5%。结论加强基础护理,采取有效的气道湿化、雾化及正确的吸痰护理等综合措施,改善了肝胆手术气管切开患者的临床预后,提高了患者生命质量。Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods of patients with tr acheotomy in hepatobiliary surgery,and improve the quality of clinical nursing.Methods Retrospective investigation and analysis of January2013to June2016in the hospital where the treatment of57cases of hepatobiliary surgery tracheotomy patients with clinical data.Results The patients were followed up for1year,38cases were markedly effective,12cases were effective,7cases died(6cases died),the total effective rate was87.7%,the mortality rate was10.5%.Conclusion Strengthen the basic care,take effective airway humidification,atomization and correct suction and other comprehensive measures to improve the hepatobiliary surgery tracheotomy patients with clinical prognosis and improve the quality of life of patients.
