摘  要:针对目前占光伏主要市场的常规晶体硅太阳电池,提出了聚光器、太阳跟踪机构一体化太阳电池组件方案,该聚光组件通过旋转与移动棱镜组可以达到较好的聚光与跟踪太阳的效果。通过光学模拟计算设计聚光跟踪一体化组件棱镜组结构与棱镜组移动轨迹使之达到最优聚光效果,提出了不同几何聚光比聚光跟踪一体化组件的温度分布与散热计算模型以及表面辐照强度分布不均匀情况下聚光跟踪一体化组件电性能输出计算模型,并根据温度场分布的模拟计算与实验测试数据,评估了聚光跟踪一体化组件不同聚光比情况下实际工作温度与辐照强度分布对输出电性能的影响以及跟踪失效情况的安全性与可靠性。Based on the current situation that routine crystalline silicon solar cells account for major photovoltaic market,the solar module integrated the condenser with solar tracking mechanism was put forward,and the condenser adopted rotating and moving-group prism to achieve better effect of focusing and tracking.The structure of concentrated trace integration components prism group and the movement of the prism were designed and calculated through optical simulation to achieve the optimal effect of concentration.On this basis,the temperature distribution and calculation heat dissipation model with different geometric concentration ratios and the model for calculating the electrical output under asymmetrical distribution of surface irradiation intensity were put forward for the concentrated trace integration components.Under different condensation ratios,the effect of the actual working temperature and irradiation intensity distribution on output electricity and the safety and reliability in the case of failure tracking were assessed based on the simulation calculation and experimental test data of temperature field distribution.
