摘 要:随着特高压线路的接入和电网规模不断扩大,电网结构日益复杂,甚至会出现1 000 kV/500 kV/220 kV等3级电磁环网。因此有必要综合分析各种解环方案,选择最优的电网架构。传统方法一般基于BPA或PSASP进行潮流和稳定分析,分析效率较低且无法综合比较备选方案的优劣。本文研究了基于改进层次分析法和PSS/E的电磁环网解环方案评估方法。首先,研究了改进层次分析法理论,相比于层次分析法,改进层次分析法在获得判断矩阵时使用三标度法取代九标度法,降低了主观性对评价结果的影响,并利用最优传递矩阵构造判断矩阵,省略了一致性检验步骤。其次,本文综合考虑电网运行的经济性、安全性、稳定性和可靠性因素,建立了电磁环网解环方案的评价指标体系,并基于PSS/E和Python实现了电磁环网解环方案评价方法。最后,本文采用华东电网进行算例分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和解环方案的可行性。With the connection of ultra-high voltage transmission lines and the expanding scale of power grid,the structure of power systems is becoming more and more complex,leading to the existence of electromagnetic loop networks across the voltages of1000kV,500kV and220kV.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze different candidate decoupling schemes.In traditional methods,BPA or PSASP is commonly used to obtain the power flow results and analyze the system stability,which is not an efficient method to comprehensively judge different schemes.In this paper,improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)combined with PSS/E is proposed to evaluate the decoupling schemes of electromagnetic loop networks.Firstly,the theory of IAHP is studied.Instead of the nine-mark method used in analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a three-mark method is used in IAHP to reduce the influence of subjective judgment on the evaluation results.Moreover,an optimal transfer matrix is used to establish the judgment matrix,thus omitting the consistency check of AHP.Then,considering the economical efficiency,security,stability and reliability of power systems,an evaluation index system for decoupling electromagnetic loop networks is proposed,and it is implemented with PSS/E and Python.Finally,the proposed method is tested using East China Power Grid,and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and the feasibility of the decoupling scheme.
