摘 要:为了探讨不同饲养方式对鸡屠宰性能和肉质性状的影响,选取青脚麻鸡为研究对象分别进行散养和笼养,在36周龄时对其体尺、屠宰性能、肉品质及化学成分进行了测定分析。结果表明:在不同的饲养条件下,青脚麻鸡多项体尺、屠宰性能、肉品质和化学成分指标存在极显著或显著差异。研究表明,饲养管理方式影响了青脚麻鸡鸡屠宰性能和肉质性状。放养方式对青脚麻鸡屠宰性能和肉质性状有所提升。The effects of different feeding methods on the slaughter performance and meat traits of partridge shank chicken were discussed.12partridge shank chicken were selected and fed according to the conventional feeding and management regulations.The body size,slaughter performance,meat quality and chemical composition of36weeks old partridge shank chicken were determined and analyzed.The results showed that multiple indexes of partridge shank chicken’s body size,slaughter performance,meat quality and chemical composition were extremely significant difference or significant differences between the different feeding methods.The research shows that the performance of slaughter performance and meat quality were improved in conventional feeding way.
