摘 要:为了促进龙船花产业化发展,以杏黄龙船花为研究对象,对比生根剂为ABT1不同剂量处理(分设5个浓度250~1 250mg·L^(-1))对其扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:在试验设置的5个处理中1 250 mg·L^(-1)是使用ABT1号进行龙船花扦插的最佳处理浓度,扦插生根率达93.75%,叶片生长速率优于其它处理及对照,根长、根数、叶绿素含量均显著高于对照;扦插后32d测量,叶长3.92cm,根长6.08cm,根数11.8条。In order to promote the industrialization development of Ixora coccinea,Ixora coccinea‘Apricot Gold’was used as the object to contrast the effect of different concentration of ABT1treatments on the cutting propagation(dividing into5concentrations250~1250mg·L-1).The results showed that in the five experimental adopted treatments,the best concentration of ABT1for cuttings was1250mg·L-1with the rooting rate of93.75%,the leaf growth rate was better than other treatments and control,and root length,root number and chlorophyll content were significantly higher than those of control.The leaf length was3.92cm,root length was6.08cm,and root number was11.8strips measuring at32days after the cutting.
