术后纤维胆管镜取石治疗肝胆管残余结石80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对肝胆管残余结石患者行术后纤维胆管取石术治疗的临床效果。方法:将2013年2月~2017年2月本院收治的160例肝胆管残余结石患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各80例。对照组行传统取石术治疗,研究组行纤维胆管镜取石术治疗,观察并比较两组治疗有效率以及并发症的发生率。结果:研究组的并发症发生率3.75%(3例)显著低于对照组的16.25%(13例),研究组治疗有效率97.50%(78例)显著高于对照组的77.50%(62例),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝胆管残余结石患者行纤维胆管镜取石术治疗,不仅能够避免再次进行胆管手术,同时,还能够达到十分理想的治疗效果,具有操作简单、用时短以及损伤小等优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of postoperative lithotomy for patients with residual bile duct stones.Methods:160patients with residual bile duct stones treated in our hospital from February2013to February^2017were selected as the research objects,and divided into the study group and the control group according to the different treatment methods,each with80cases.The control group was treated with traditional lithotomy,and the study group was treated with choledochoscopy.The effective rate of the two groups and the incidence of complications were observed and compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was3cases(3.75%),significantly lower than the control group of13cases(16.25%),the treatment rate of the study group was78cases(97.50%),significantly higher than the control group,62cases(77.50%).P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The residual bile duct stones underwent choledochoifberscope lithotomy treatment,can not only avoid again at the same time,bile duct surgery,also can achieve ideal treatment effect,has the advantages of simple operation,short time and small damage and other advantages.
