中西医结合护理干预对社区精神病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析社区精神病患者应用中西医结合护理干预对其焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选择我院2014年5月-2017年5月收治的90例社区精神病患者为研究对象,按照护理方案的不同分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行中西医结合护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪变化及护理满意度情况。结果:两组患者护理前的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分比较无差异,观察组护理后的焦虑、抑郁情绪评分分别为(9.31±6.12)分和(7.47±3.42)分,明显低于对照组的(12.43±6.82)分和(19.52±5.21)分,差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组的护理满意度为95.56%(43/45),明显高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区精神病患者应用中西医结合护理干预可以有效改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention of Chinese and western medicine on anxiety and depression in community psychiatric patients.Methods:90cases of community psychiatric who treated in our hospital from May2014to May2017were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing interventions,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with45cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing while the observation group patients received nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the anxiety and depression in the groups were observed before and after nursing.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression were not significantly different between the groups before treatment;After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(9.31±6.12)and(7.47±3.42)respectively,significantly lower than those in the control group of(12.43±6.82)and(19.52±5.21)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was95.56%(43/45),significantly higher than77.78%(35/45)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine nursing intervention could effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of community psychotic patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
