补阳还五汤加减结合针灸治疗脑出血后遗症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究补阳还五汤加减结合针灸治疗脑出血后遗症的效果。方法:从我院2016年4月-2017年4月的脑出血后遗症患者中选取90例作为研究对象,分为观察组47例和对照组43例,予对照组西医常规治疗,观察组进行补阳还五汤加减结合针灸治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率93.62%优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率8.56%明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血后遗症患者进行补阳还五汤加减针灸治疗,其临床治疗效果较好,患者神经功能受损情况改善,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of the Buyang Huanwu decoction with acupuncture on sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:90patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae in our hospital from April2016to April2017were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group(47cases)and the control group(43cases).The control group was treated by routine therapy.The observation group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction with acupuncture,and the curative effect in two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate was93.62%in the observation group,which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was8.56%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction with acupuncture showed good clinical effects on sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage,the neurological function of patients was improved and the safety was higher.It is worthy of clinical application.
