黄蛭内异胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在观察黄蛭内异胶囊对子宫内膜异位症属血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法:将于2016年1月-2017年5月就诊于重庆市中医院妇科的120例血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为两组,两组分别在年龄、病程及病情程度上比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗组60例,给予黄蛭内异胶囊口服治疗,对照组60例,用口服丹莪妇康煎膏治疗,疗程为3个月经周期,观察两组病例治疗前后症候积分、疼痛程度的改善情况,并监测两组血清CA125值的变化情况。结果:治疗组60例患者中,治愈13例,显效26例,有效14例,无效7例;对照组60例患者中,治愈7例,显效23例,有效14例,无效16例。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.3%和73.3%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组(P<0.01),在血清CA125方面,两组治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.01),组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄蛭内异胶囊在治疗子宫内膜异位症血瘀型患者方面,具有改善临床症状、降低血清CA125值的作用,不失为临床治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效途径之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of the Huangzhi Neiyi capsule on endometriosis.Methods:120patients with endometriosis,treated in the department of gynaecology of Chongqing city hospital from January2016to May2017,were randomly divided into the treatment group(60cases,treated with HZNYC)and the control group(60cases,treated with the Dane Fukang decoction).The treatment was of3menstrual periods.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease and severity before and after treatment.The clinical symptom score,pain relief degree and changes of serum CA125value were observed.Results:Out of60patients in the treatment group,13cases were cured,26cases were remarkable effective and14cases were effective,7cases were ineffective.Out of60patients in the control group,7cases were cured,23cases were remarkable effective,14cases were effective and16cases were invalid.The total effective rate in the treatment group was88.3%,while that in the control group was73.3%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).Clinical symptoms were more relieved in the treatment group(P<0.01).As for the serum CA125level,both groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:HZNYC had the effect on relieving the clinical symptoms and reducing serum CA125,was an effective means in treating endometriosis and was worthy of clinical application.
