三辨治癌疗法治疗肝癌经验

摘　　要：张士舜主任医师首创三辨治癌疗法治疗肝癌,三辨治癌即辨病理论治、辨证论治、辨病位论治。现代药理研究表明,珍珠菜、溪黄草、叶下珠、虎杖、田基黄有很好的抗肝癌作用,为三辨治癌中的辨病理论治,再佐以三棱、莪术、制鳖甲、川朴、乌药等辨证论治,柴胡、郁金为三辨治癌中的辨病位论治。三辨结合,合理用药,效果显著。Chief physician Zhang Shishun has pioneered Sanbian Zhiai theory to treat liver cancer.Sanbian Zhiai means determination of cancer treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through three different aspects,including treatment determination based on pathogenesis obtained through patho-examination,treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation,and treatment determination based on pathogenesis obtained through patho-location.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Herba Lysimachiae Clethroids,Herba Rabdosiae Lophanthoidis,Herba Phyllanthi Urinariae,Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati,and Herba Hyperici Japonici have good anticancer effects.These herbs are used to treat liver cancer according to the theory of“treatment determination based on pathogenesis obtained through patho-examination”.Rhizoma Sparganii,Rhizoma Curcumae,Carapax Trionycis Praeparata,Cortex Mangnoliae Officinalis,and Radix Linderae are the medicines conforming to the theory of treatment determination based on syndrome differentiation.Radix Bupleuri and Radix Curcumae are the medicines matching to the theory of“treatment determination based on pathogenesis obtained through patho-location”.Therefore,under the guidance of these three aspects,the rational use of these medicines has a significant effect on liver cancer.
