雪莲痛风康汤治疗痛风性关节炎急性发作期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雪莲痛风康汤对痛风性关节炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将临床上明确诊断为痛风性关节炎急性发作期的患者随机分成对照组30例、观察组32例,观察组予雪莲痛风康汤治疗,对照组予秋水仙碱治疗,两组均治疗2周为一个疗程。结果:两组患者治疗前关节肿胀度、CRP、SUA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比较,观察组的关节肿胀度、CRP、SUA水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雪莲痛风康汤可以有效控制痛风性关节炎急性发作,减轻受累关节红肿热痛,还具有降低血尿酸水平、抑制炎症反应作用,疗效明显优于秋水仙碱。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Xuelian Tongfengkang decoction on acute gouty arthritis.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the control group of30cases and observation group of32cases.The observation group was treated with Xuelian Tongfengkang decoction.The control group was treated with colchicine.Results:The joint swelling degree,CRP and SUA level in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuelian Tongfengkang decoction can effectively control the acute gouty arthritis,reduce the swelling and pain of the affected joints,reduce the level of serum uric acid and inhibit the inflammatory reaction,was more effective than colchicine.
