摘 要:目的:探讨加味茵陈五苓散对免疫性肝损伤的保护作用及其机理。方法:选择68例免疫性肝损伤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例,对照组给予常规保肝治疗,观察组在此基础上给予加味茵陈五苓散治疗,比较两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)等肝功能指标。结果:观察组ALT、AST、ALB、TBIL等肝功能指标明显改善,优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味茵陈五苓散对免疫性肝损伤具有良好的保护作用,其机理与自由基清除、肝损伤组织SOD活性、调节免疫机能有关。Objective:To investigate protective effects and mechanism of Yinchen Wuling San on immunological liver injury.Methods:68cases were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,34cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment;the observation group took Yinchen Wuling San more.Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate amino shift enzyme,serum albumin,serum total bilirubin and others liver function indexes were compared.Results:ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL and other liver function indexes in the observation group were more improved than the control group;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinchen Wuling San showed good protective effects on immune hepatic injury,and the mechanism was related to free radical scavenging,SOD activity in liver tissue injury and regulating immune function.
