中西医结合健康教育路径在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究中西医结合健康教育路径在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的疗效。方法:选择我院于2015年3月-2016年6月收治的118例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组患者给予一般护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,对两组患者的护理满意度及健康教育效果进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组患者健康教育效果对比,P<0.05;观察组患者的护理满意度为94.92%,对照组为72.88%,两组相对比,P<0.05。结论:给予老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中西医结合健康教育路径疗效佳,值得运用。Objective:To explore the effect of health education pathways of the integrative medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in elderly.Methods:118cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,59cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing;the observation group was given the integrated nursing.Results:The health education effect in the observation group was better(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate in the observation group was94.92%and72.88%in the control group.Conclusion:Health education pathways of the integrative medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in elderly was effective,and is worth applying.
