慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的中西医结合护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中西医结合护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床运用。方法:选择我院于2015年3月-2016年9月收治的116例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为93.10%,对照组为65.52%,两组对比,P<0.05;两组患者住院时间、焦虑评分对比,P<0.05。结论:给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中西医结合护理有一定的疗效,值得运用。Objective:To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:116patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,58cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing and the observation group was given the integrative nursing.Results:The satisfaction rate was93.10%in the observation group and65.52%in the control group(P<0.05).There were differences of hospitalization time and anxiety score between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative nursing on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was effective,and is worth applying.
