针对性护理措施改善小儿肺炎患者临床症状及降温时间的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理措施改善小儿肺炎患者临床症状及降温时间的效果。方法:采用随机平行对照法将我院2014年8月-2015年9月期间收治的105例小儿肺炎患者进行分组,对照组52例给予常规护理,观察组53例给予针对性护理措施,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间及并发症的对比。结果:观察组总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的82.69%,P<0.05;观察组的体温恢复正常时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为7.55%,低于对照组的21.15%,P<0.05。结论:采用针对性护理措施治疗小儿肺炎患者的效果确切,能够缩短患者的体温恢复时间及肺啰音消失时间,减少住院时间与并发症,值得临床的推广及应用。Objective:To explore the effects of the targeted nursing measures on clinical symptoms and cooling time of children with pneumonia.Methods:105cases were divided into two groups.52cases in the control group were given routine nursing;53cases in the observation group were given the targeted nursing measures.The clinical curative effects,the time of body temperature recovery,pulmonary rales,hospitalization and complication were observed and compared.Results:The total efficiency was96.23%in the observation group,and better than82.69%in the control group,P<0.05;the time of temperature recovery,pulmonary rales and hospitalization were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications was7.55%,and lower than21.15%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The targeted nursing measures on pneumonia showed a definite effect,can shorten the temperature recovery time and pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization and complications,is worthy of popularization and application.
