摘　　要：外阴营养不良主要表现为外阴皮肤呈局限性或弥漫性白色斑块,由于至今仍缺乏公认的治疗方法,使该病成为妇科治疗的难点,是妇科疑难杂症之一。其病因病机尚未明确,故临床治疗也缺乏统一性,中西医治疗各有优势,中医通过辨证论治、外用熏洗、针灸治疗等占据一定优势,西医则借助康复仪器等理疗手段辅助治疗。本文对该病的治疗手段做一综述。Vulvar dystrophy mainly manifested as vulvar skin was limited or diffuse white plaque,because it is still lack of recognized treatment,so that the disease is difficult to gynecological treatment,as one of gynecological incurable diseases.Its pathogenesis is not clear,with lack of uniform clinical treatment,TCM and Western medicine have their own advantages.Through syndrome differentiation,topical fumigation,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment have a certain advantage,Western medicine with rehabilitation equipment and other physical therapy means as adjuvant treatment was reviewed as followed.
