摘　　要：本文对在企业的发展过程中知识创新与知识服务的关系进行了分析与梳理,并对知识需求在企业知识创新过程中的作用进行了总结。立足于企业知识创新的知识服务模式研究,进一步为实现郑州航空港综合经济实验区企业知识创新的知识服务模式提供了一定的理论基础。This paper analyzes and sorts out the relationship between knowledge innovation and knowledge service in the process of enterprise development,and summarizes the role of knowledge demand in enterprise knowledge innovation process.Based on the research of knowledge service model of enterprise knowledge innovation,the article provides certain theoretical basis for realizing the knowledge service model of enterprise knowledge innovation in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.
