摘 要:提出了基于声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF)的成像光谱仪系统设计方法,并研制了成像光谱仪原理样机,工作波段为0.45~0.95μm。该原理样机的光学系统包括三个部分,放大倍率为6的前置望远系统,AOTF组件和焦距为70 mm的成像系统,原理样机系统焦距为420 mm,取+1级衍射光成像。进行了目标成像试验,给出了天空、楼房(远、近)、树叶、窗户等目标采样点的图像-光谱信息,其中近处楼房和远处楼房具有相同的光谱特性。结果表明,该成像光谱仪可以给出目标的大小、形状、相对位置等空间信息,也可在图像的任何位置上得到一个像元的光谱特性,且同一目标的光谱信息不会因为距离的不同而发生改变。因此可根据不同的光谱信息分辨出目标类型,对目标识别具有实用价值。Based on the theory of acousto-optic tunable filter(AOTF),the design method of the imaging spectrometer is presented and the prototype of the imaging spectrometer is produced with the band from0.45μm to0.95μm.The prototype is consisted of three parts,which are the fore-telescope system with6×,AOTF components andthe imaging lens with the focus of70mm.The focus of the prototype system is420mm,which collects+1diffraction order.The target imaging experiments are performed to provide the image and spectrum information of target sampling points such as the sky,near and far buildings,trees and windows,in which the near building and the far building have the same spectrum characteristics.Experimental results show that the prototype can provide not only the space information of the target such as size,shape and relative position,but also obtains the spectrum characteristics of a pixel of the image.The same target has the same spectrum information which is not related to the detection distance.So the kind of the targets can be recognized according to different spectrum information,which has practice value to target recognition.
