摘　　要：过去患有子宫性不孕的女性若想拥有孩子只能通过领养或者代孕实现。其中只有通过代孕才能拥有与自身有遗传学关系的后代,但其存在的伦理及法律问题使代孕技术无法合理解决不孕症问题。子宫移植技术的突破给患有子宫性不孕的女性另辟一条生育途径,但这项新技术也存在着一系列的伦理挑战和问题。因此,研究人员除了攻克子宫移植实施过程中的技术难题,还应妥善解决相关的伦理问题,减少子宫移植技术的潜在纠纷,从而促进该技术的顺利发展。Women,who have had uterine infertility in the past,want to have a child,they only can realize through adoption or surrogacy.Among them,women can have their own genetic relationship with the offspring only through surrogacy,however,the existence of ethical and legal problems makes surrogate technology can't reasonably solve the problem of infertility.The breakthrough in uterine transplant technology has opened up a new way for women with uterine infertility,but the new technology also has a series of ethical challenges and problems.Therefore,in addition to solving the technical difficulties in the implementation of the uterine transplant,the researchers should properly solve the relevant ethical problems in order to reduce potential disputes of uterine transplant,thereby promoting the smooth development of the technology.
