摘　　要：文章介绍了我国医养结合型养老服务模式的主要类型及存在的主要问题,解释了日本的介护服务理念的内涵、服务方式及服务内容,分析介护思维对我国医养融合型养老服务模式的启示,包括介护对不同类型医养结合养老服务的意义、可增加专门介护人员的培养层次、完善介护保障制度等。目的在于促进我国医养结合型养老服务质量的提高及服务模式的建设,提高服务对象的满意性与舒适度。The aim of this study is to learn Some successful experiences from Japanese nursing model to improve the construction of“combination of medical care and pension service”in china.which how to Care for the elderly in japan were introduced,and some available paths were purposed to improve the efficiency and equality of the“combination of medical care and pension service”,such as enriching the level of talent training,improving the relevant security system,and so on.The purpose is to promote the quality of nursing service and the construction of service model in China and improve the satisfaction and comfort of the elderly.
