摘  要:"O曲线"的检测对于血压模拟仪的质量控制工作以及无创血压的量值溯源均具有重要意义。在研究分析血压模拟仪输出振荡波的原理与规律的基础上,本文提出了"O曲线"的定义及其测量方法,借鉴虚拟仪器思想设计开发了血压模拟仪"O曲线"检测设备,使用该设备对Fluke公司的BP Pump 2血压模拟仪的"O曲线"进行实际测量,并以此为基础实现了对该血压模拟仪输出"O曲线"的重复性和准确性的定量评估。本研究及其开发的检测设备为血压模拟仪的质控和计量工作提供了可行的技术手段,为制定血压模拟仪相关技术标准提供了支持,具有较大的应用推广价值。The detection of“O curve”has great value to the quality control of blood pressure simulator and the traceability of noninvasive blood pressure.Based on the analysis of the principle and rules of output oscillating wave of blood pressure simulator,the novel measurement method of“O curve”was proposed in this paper,and the“O curve”detection equipment of blood pressure simulator was also designed as following the virtual instrument design technology.The experimental results showed that the developed equipment could achieve the accurate quantitative assessment of the repeatability and accuracy of the output“O curve”on the testing Fluke’s BP Pump2blood pressure simulator.This study provides a feasible technical means on the test equipment for blood pressure simulator quality control and measurement,so the research products have great application promotion value and the related further study also has reference value for the technical standards of blood pressure simulator.
