摘　　要：目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA循环管理在提高医疗设备科仓库的账物相符率中的作用,为医院做好库存管理提供依据。方法选择2015年1~4月未实施FOCUS-PDCA循环的盘点货物总例数697例和2015年8~11月实施FOCUS-PDCA循环的盘点货物总例数675例作为研究对象,比较实施后前后的账物相符率,并对效果和不足进行总结。结果实施FOCUS-PDCA循环后,仓库的账物相符率由59.8%提高到95.2%,效果显著。结论 FOCUS-PDCA循环管理法,有利于及时发现医院库房管理中存在的问题,完善耗材管理制度,减少流动资金占用和损失,降低医疗成本,提高医院资金使用效益。Objective The paper aims to explore the effect of FOCUS-PDCA cyclical management on improving account coincidence rate of medical equipment warehouse and provide basis for the inventory management.Methods Six hundred and ninety-seven cases unimplemented FOCUS-PDCA cycle from January to April2015and675cases implemented FOCUS-PDCA cycle from August to November2015were selected as research object.Results After implementing FOCUS-PDCA circulation,the warehouse account content consistent rate increased from59.8%to95.2%,the effect was remarkable.Conclusion FOUCS-PDCA cycle is conducive to timely find the problems existing in the hospital warehouse management,perfect the consumables management system,reduce the flow of capital takes up and losses,reduce health-care costs and increase the hospital service efficiency of funds.
