摘 要:由于超临界火电机组存在的强非线性特性,在同工况下其控制系统平衡点易出现迁移,而对于目前普遍采用的以开环前馈量为基准平衡点的闭环控制策略来说,控制平衡点的迁移不能及时反馈到控制前馈量中,造成控制被调量出现动态偏差较大和稳定周期长的问题。本文设计利用自寻优技术对控制系统前馈量进行闭环校正,实现前馈量控制过程中不断实时逼近控制平衡点,从而提高控制系统的响应的快速性和稳定性,形成超临界机组控制平衡点自寻优的控制系统。Because of the strong nonlinear characteristics of supercritical thermal power units,the balance point of control system is prone to migration.The closed loop control strategy which is based on the open loop feed forward quantity is easy to cause a large dynamic deviation of the controlled variable and longer stable periods.Analyzed in this paper is the problem of the closed loop control strategy which is based on the open loop feed forward quantity.This paper put forward a method utilizing the self-optimizing technique to correct the feed forward quantity of the control system,and thus,the feed forward quantity is constantly approximating the equilibrium point in the control process.This method can improve the accuracy of feed forward in various working conditions and improve the speed and stability of the response,and eventually resulting in a self-balancing optimization control system for supercritical unit control.
