浅析PLC控制在冷水机组上的程序设计及应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了可编程序控制器PLC在螺杆冷水机组的设计及应用,实现了电气控制、PLC程序控制。在冷水机组的整体设计上,PLC硬件采用的是德国西门子公司生产的S7-200系列可编程序控制器,软件上采用的是西门子公司基于Windows的专为SIMATIC系列S7-200研制开发的编程软件STEP 7 MicroWIN V4.0 SP9。通过编写机组控制程序,从而使制冷压缩机组可以按照操作人员设定要求完成启动、调节控制、故障检测保护、停机等工作过程,并大大提高了机组系统控制的可靠性。This paper introduces the design and application of PLC PLC in screw water chiller,and realizes electrical control and PLC program control.Water chiller on the overall design of the PLC hardware is Germany’s Siemens S7-200series programmable controller,software USES is Siemens based on Windows is designed for SIMATIC S7-200series developed software programming STEP7MicroWIN V4.0SP9.Unit by writing the control program,so that the compressor can be done in accordance with the requirements for operation personnel setting start,adjust the working process of the control,fault detection,protection and downtime,and greatly improve the reliability of the system control,in this paper,the design and application are introduced.
