摘　　要：二十世纪末我国部分相关专业研究人士开始重视排污许可证的重要性。到目前为止,我国排污许可证制度的实施还有很多阻碍,排污许可证制度的实施范围和应用效果还未能满足需求。本文对我国三十多个省级行政地区排污许可证应用现状和实施效果进行详细分析。针对我国在排污许可证实际应用中存在的相关问题及原因进行详细分析解读,并对这些相关问题提出了切实可行的应对策略,为专业人士对相关领域进行研究提供参考。At the end of the twentieth century,some relevant professional researchers in our country began to attach importance to the importance of sewage permits.So far,there are still many obstacles to the implementation of China's sewage permit system.The implementation scope and application effect of the sewage permit system have not yet met the demand.This paper analyzes the current situation and the implementation effect of the sewage discharge permit in more than30provincial administrative regions in China.Aiming at our country's actual problems in the actual application of sewage permit and the reasons for a detailed analysis and interpretation,and put forward practical countermeasures for these related issues for professionals in the field of research to provide reference.
