摘　　要：输油管道管线长,周围环境复杂,输油管道工程竣工环境保护验收调查主要包括工程调查、环境保护目标调查、环境保护措施调查和风险事故防范及应急措施调查,本文以某成品油管道工程为例论述了输油管道项目竣工环境保护验收调查要点,对同类型项目环保验收具有一定的借鉴意义。Oil pipeline pipeline,complex surroundings,pipeline project completion environmental protection acceptance survey including engineering survey,investigation of environmental protection objectives and measures of environmental protection investigation and risk of accident prevention and emergency measures of investigation,based on a refined oil pipeline project as an example to discuss the pipeline project completion and acceptance of environmental protection investigation points.Has a certain reference to the same type of project acceptance of environmental protection.
