摘 要:采用石灰中和沉淀法处理高浓度含磷氟废水,通过小试研究了pH值、加药顺序、混合强度等关键工艺参数,并得出最佳工艺条件。结果表明过量的碱有利于去除废水中的磷酸根,但碱投加太多则会影响磷沉淀效果;同时,强烈搅拌能更好的去除磷酸盐。该工艺具有投资小、流程简单、操作方便、可靠性高、自动化程度高及环境效益好等特点,适用于处理高浓度含磷废水。The lime neutralization precipitation method with high phosphorus concentration fluoride wastewater,through the test of pH value,adding order,the key process parameters such as mixing intensity,and the optimum technological conditions were obtained.The results show that the excess alkali in favor of phosphate removal in wastewater,but the alkali adding too much will affect the phosphorus precipitation effect at the same time;strong mixing better.The phosphate removal process has small investment,simple process,convenient operation,high reliability,high degree of automation and good environmental benefit,is suitable for the treatment of high concentration wastewater containing phosphorus.
